يوضّح هذا المستند كيفية جمع تطبيق ToOne («التطبيق») للبيانات الشخصية ومعالجتها وحمايتها، والشروط التي تحكم استخدامه. التطبيق أداة عملٍ داخلية مخصّصة للموظفين المصرَّح لهم لتنظيم الحضور والخطط والتقارير والمهام والمراسلات. باستخدامك التطبيق فإنك تُقرّ بموافقتك على هذه السياسة.

This document explains how the ToOne application (the “App”) collects, processes and protects personal data, and the terms governing its use. The App is an internal business tool for authorized staff to manage attendance, plans, reports, tasks and messaging. By using the App you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

1البيانات التي نعالجهاData We Process

2الأساس النظامي للمعالجةLegal Basis

تستند معالجة البيانات إلى موافقة المستخدم عند استخدام التطبيق، وإلى المصلحة المشروعة. تقتصر المعالجة على الأغراض المذكورة أعلاه ولا تتجاوزها.

Processing is based on the user’s consent when using the App and on a legitimate interest. Processing is limited to the purposes stated above and no further.

3التخزين والحمايةStorage & Security

• تُستضاف البيانات لدى مزوّد البنية السحابية Supabase بصفته مُعالِجاً للبيانات نيابةً عنّا.
• يُنقل كل تبادلٍ للبيانات عبر قناةٍ مشفّرة HTTPS/TLS.
• تُخزَّن كلمات المرور بصيغةٍ مُعمّاة، وتُشفَّر نصوص الرسائل قبل تخزينها.
• تُشفَّر محاضر الاجتماعات وتواقيعها قبل تخزينها. أمّا تواقيع الخطابات والخطط فلا تُخزَّن إطلاقاً (تُستخدم لحظياً لإنشاء ملف الـ PDF ثم تُحذف فوراً).
• يُقيَّد الوصول بالصلاحيات، فلا يرى المستخدم إلا ما يخصّه أو ما هو مخوَّل به.
• تُوثَّق العمليات الحسّاسة (مثل تسجيل الحضور) باسم مُنفِّذها ووقتها.

• Data is hosted with the cloud provider Supabase acting as a processor on our behalf.
• All data exchange occurs over an encrypted HTTPS/TLS channel.
• Passwords are stored hashed, and message bodies are encrypted before storage.
• Meeting minutes and their signatures are encrypted before storage. Signatures for letters and plans are never stored (they are used momentarily to generate the PDF, then immediately deleted).
• Access is role-restricted; a user sees only their own data or what they are authorized to view.
• Sensitive actions (e.g., recording attendance) are logged with the actor’s name and timestamp.

4الاجتماعات وأذونات الجهازMeetings & Device Permissions

الكاميرا والميكروفون

يستخدم التطبيق الكاميرا والميكروفون فقط أثناء اجتماعات الفيديو والصوت التي تختار الانضمام إليها، لنقل صوتك وصورتك إلى بقية المشاركين. لا يُستخدمان في أي وقتٍ آخر، ولا يُسجِّل التطبيق أو يُخزِّن أي صوتٍ أو فيديو.

Camera & Microphone

The App uses the camera and microphone only during video and audio meetings you choose to join, to transmit your audio and video to other participants. They are not used at any other time, and the App neither records nor stores any audio or video.

خدمة الاجتماعات (طرف ثالث)

تُدار اجتماعات الفيديو عبر خدمة Zoom؛ ويجري بثّ الصوت والفيديو خلالها عبر خوادمها وفق سياسة خصوصية Zoom. تُنشأ غرفة الاجتماع عند موعده وتُحذف تلقائياً بعد انتهائه.

Meeting service (third party)

Video meetings are powered by Zoom; audio and video are streamed through Zoom’s servers under Zoom’s own privacy policy. A meeting room is created at its scheduled time and automatically deleted after it ends.

محضر الاجتماع وتوقيعه

يُكتب المحضر داخل التطبيق ويوقّع عليه المشاركون توقيعاً يدوياً (Apple PencilKit). يُخزَّن نصّ المحضر وتواقيعه مُشفَّرةً ولا يظهران إلا للمدعوين ضمن المحضر. ونؤكّد أنّ هذا التخزين المُشفَّر للتوقيع يخصّ محاضر الاجتماعات فقط؛ أمّا تواقيع الخطابات والخطط فلا تُخزَّن إطلاقاً.

Meeting minutes & signature

Minutes are written in the App and signed by participants with a handwritten signature (Apple PencilKit). The minutes text and signatures are stored encrypted and are visible only to invitees within the minutes. We confirm that this encrypted signature storage applies to meeting minutes only; signatures for letters and plans are never stored.

الإشعارات

قد يرسل التطبيق إشعاراتٍ لتنبيهك بمستجدات العمل (مهامك، خططك، اجتماعاتك). يُطلب إذنك عند أول تشغيل، ويمكنك تعطيلها من إعدادات النظام في أي وقت.

Notifications

The App may send notifications to alert you about work updates (your tasks, plans, meetings). Permission is requested at first launch, and you can disable them in system settings at any time.

5مشاركة البياناتData Sharing

لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نؤجّرها ولا نشاركها مع أي طرفٍ ثالث لأغراضٍ تجارية. تقتصر أي مشاركة على مزوّد الاستضافة (Supabase)، وعلى مزوّد الاجتماعات (Zoom) الذي يعالج بثّ الصوت والفيديو أثناء اجتماع الفيديو فقط.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party for commercial purposes. Sharing is limited to the hosting provider (Supabase) and the meeting provider (Zoom), which processes audio/video streaming during a video meeting only.

6مدة الاحتفاظRetention

نحتفظ بالبيانات ما دام الحساب مُستخدَماً، للأغراض التشغيلية والإدارية. ويمكنك طلب حذف بياناتك أو تجهيل هويّتها في أي وقت، كما تُحذف عند التوقّف عن استخدام التطبيق.

We retain data while the account is in use, for operational and administrative purposes. You may request the deletion or anonymization of your data at any time, and it is also removed when you stop using the App.

8شروط الاستخدامTerms of Use

The App is a practical tool that helps the team organize its daily tasks with ease. Please use it for work purposes and keep your login details safe. We continually work to improve it.

9التعديلات على السياسةChanges to This Policy

قد نُحدّث هذه السياسة من وقتٍ لآخر، ويُشار دائماً إلى تاريخ آخر تحديثٍ أعلى الصفحة. ويُعدّ استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد نشر التحديث موافقةً على النسخة المُحدّثة.

We may update this policy from time to time; the “Last updated” date at the top always reflects the latest version. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
